    Former Customer

Robin Knakkergaard holds a bachelor’s degree in Adventure Education and spent many years working in the outdoor hospitality industry. Her early career, rooted in movement, nature, and experiential learning, laid the foundation for a lifelong connection to the outdoors and an appreciation for living in rhythm with the natural world.

Robin’s path into health and wellness began through her own personal health journey, which sparked a deep curiosity and passion for holistic well-being. In 2018, she completed her yoga teacher training, followed by earning her Health Coach certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2019. Through this work, she fell in love with nutrition—not just as a science, but as a daily, practical way to nourish the body, support long-term health, and reconnect with how food is meant to be enjoyed. Cooking, sourcing ingredients, and creating simple, nourishing meals became an extension of her wellness philosophy.

Meet the Owner

She went on to run her own health coaching practice for two years, supporting clients through realistic nutrition and lifestyle changes, before feeling called to be part of something larger. This led her to work with Maven Clinic, one of the leading women’s and family healthcare companies in the U.S., where she served as a pregnancy and postpartum coach. In this role, Robin supported high-risk members throughout their pregnancy journeys, offering education, guidance, and compassionate support during pivotal life transitions.

Today, Robin’s work is guided by a deep belief that helping people feel well—through nourishment, education, and connection—is exactly where she is meant to be. She is deeply passionate about eating and sourcing food as locally as possible, supporting nearby farms, and returning to our roots of eating with the land and the seasons. In a time when much of the food available in grocery stores no longer provides the nutritional depth our bodies need, Robin believes that local, whole foods play a vital role in supporting long-term health and vitality.

What it looks like to work with Robin now

Robin currently offers personalized, pre-arrival grocery stocking and nourishing meal preparation for vacation rentals, retreats, and families looking to simplify their time away while prioritizing their health. Each offering is thoughtfully curated with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, emphasizing seasonal, whole foods that support energy, balance, and overall well-being. Whether it’s arriving to a fully stocked fridge, enjoying wholesome meals without the stress of planning, or feeling supported through intentional nourishment, Robin’s goal is to help others slow down, settle in, and feel cared for from the moment they arrive.
